Do I have to have a PayPal account to place an order?
No, you don't have to have a PayPal account to place an order. You can use any major credit card as well.


What is your Return Policy?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed, if you decide you don't want the Bobag, you ordered you are welcome to send it back. Please email us through the Contact page on this site, so we know to expect your package. There is no need to provide a reason for your return. As a small business, we don't have a way to provide free return shipping, but the bags can be shipped back using USPS Priority Mail Flat Envelope for about $5.50. We will gladly offer a full refund upon receipt of your returned bag.


What is your Shipping Policy?
We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible. We usually send out orders within 24 hours. We ship via USPS Priority Mail so you can expect to get your bag within 2-3 days of it leaving our warehouse. If you ever have any questions about your shipment email us through the Contact page on this website and we will be happy to assist you.


Will Jo staff fit in a Bobag?
Jo staff will fit in the bag since they are typically 50-56 inches. Of course, since they are shorter than 60 inches (the standard length of a BoBag), they sit lower in the pocket. Unfortunately, this can make them more challenging to get out, although simply tipping the bag, so gravity helps extract the Jo staff solves the problem. In some instances where users want only to carry Jo staff in a BoBag, they have put a clean, empty plastic soda bottle in the bottom, this raises the tip of the Jo to the opening of the main pocket nicely (although it does then prevent a full-size Bo staff from being used with the BoBag.


Will kama or tonfa staff fit in a Bobag?
Unfortunately, because Bobags are just under 6 inches wide and kama and tonfa are almost always over 6 1/2 inches wide. There isn't a pocket on a Bobag that is designed to accommodate them. Still, some users like to carry them in the zippered pouch with the blade sticking out. We hope to have a larger version of a BoBag that does have a pocket wide-enough for kama and tonfa sometime in late 2019.


Will a Kendo Shinai sword fit in the Bobag sword pocket?
Yes! One of the benefits of a BoBag's open sword pocket design is that it can hold a variety of swords of many different lengths. The velcro loop closure is in a position where it will typically secure the handle of a regular bokken or just above the guard on a longer shinai sword.


Will nunchaku fit in a Bobag?
Yes. The zippered pocket is designed to fit many medium-sized weapons. Nunchaku falls into this size category.


I run a martial arts school. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. We offer wholesale pricing thought the 'School Packages' in the store part of this website. Discounts are available for the number of bags ordered. All school packages include shipping. If you are interested in more than 15 Bobags, please fill out a 'Contact Us' form, and we will be happy to get back to you with special pricing.


Can I send you fabric to make a BoBag from?
Unfortunately no. The process to make the designer upholstery bags relies on an amount of fabric to make at least five bags of each design. The bag manufacturer we use is not set up to make custom orders of single bags.
